In fairness to the guy complaining about finding water in England (the UK? Can't remember..) he's not wrong. I had my wallet stolen in the West End (of London) on the hottest day of the year. I thought I would die of thirst for want of someplace to give me a glass of water - I'm not even talking about lounging around sipping on a chilled mineral water with ice & slice; simply swilling down a glass of the local manky lukewarm tap stuff standing at the bar or counter. Honestly, the miserliness of these places left a worse taste than what getting dipped did!

As an American, I'm always happy to tune in to this series to see what life was like in the 1400s

If you believed LinkedIn you'd think everyone on the planet loves their job and is wildly successful in everything they do in their career. Actually experiencing working a corporate job, however, disproves that belief within a week.

This might be nitpicky and annoying but I just gotta say it bothers me that George is wearing a different hat in the thumbnail compared to the video.

I have a Linkedin account only to have an url to put in the required field when applying for jobs, I don't think I have made a post ever. Every time I have to log in to copy that profile url and I make the mistake of scrolling down my feed, I get mentally nauseous. People are so pretentious on that platform.

Did 106hrs last week (8 days). Totally enjoyed getting to sleep for just 4hrs between some of those days. Let me tell you, it is not at all enjoyable. Don't do it. Thankfully I choose to do this just once, maybe twice a year, cos of the jewness. Rest of the time, I only work 14 days a month, which is far far better than any 9 to 5 job.
